Commercial, Business and Residential Centre “San Marco”

Siena

This is a three floor building of about 800 sq. meters per floor, plus an underground floor for parking and equipment/plant rooms, the round floor has been dedicated to shops, the offices are on the first floor, while the apartments are on the second floor.

The structure is in reinforced concrete and the internal walls are in porton with high acoustic and thermal performance, the furnishings are high quality and each unit has been made with independent plant systems. Located in the city of Siena outside the San Marco gate, because of its clean and elegant architecture, it crowns a formerly depressed area that is now fully equipped with infrastructure. Externally we have used terracotta facing to perfectly match the colours of Siena.
