“Niccoluccio” and “IU5”

This is a private Division Plan named “NICCOLUCCIO” and a unitary development plan named IU5, adjacent to each other, both for residential use, carried out in the years between 1998 and 2006 in the municipality of Sinalunga – Siena – Italy. The overall land surface area of the two projects is of about 7.182,00 sq. meters for a built up area of about 5.081,00 sq. meters, distributed on three levels.

The operation contemplated the construction of single family, two family and multifamily buildings, with reinforced concrete structures, load-bearing masonry and high quality furnishings, distributed into divided 8 lots for an overall total of 21 units. The primary urbanization works were carried out on a surface area of 7.599,00 sq. meters and they concern the various roads, pavements, public parking spaces and equipped public green areas (gardens, etc.), as well as the underground services such as sewers, rain water drains, water, gas and electricity supply systems with Enel transformer station, telephone lines and public lighting. The urban projects we realize are rich in green areas and open spaces, as well as private ones, and they offer a high quality level of life. Once completed, they are distinguished by their clean and orderly appearance, also underlined by the care of the external grounds and services such as roads, pavements, parking areas and public green.
