This project was built between 1995 and 2003, it concerns the construction of a multi-floor building, comprising an underground level for parking, a ground floor which houses the shopping centre and a first floor for offices and facilities, for a total built up area of about 14.500,00 sq. meters.
The surrounding urbanization works are also state of the art.
