The Shopping centre was built at the end of the 90s beginning of 2000s, the structure has a total volume of 8.900,00 cu. Meters.
It has been built with reinforced concrete structure and an external covering in brick facing, while the roofing is a steel network structure with large beams of glued laminated timber, which make the shopping area fascinating given the height of up to 4,50 meters.

All around we have a parking area immersed in greenery, made of travertine curbs, thick concrete tiles while the road beds are of asphalt.
