The operation contemplates the construction of single family, two family and multifamily buildings, with reinforced concrete structures, load-bearing masonry and high quality furnishings, distributed in 11 lots for an overall total of 54 units. The primary urbanization works were carried out on a surface area of 8.277,58 sq. meters and they concern the various roads, pavements, public parking and equipped public green areas (gardens, etc.), as well as the underground services such as sewers, rain water drains, water, gas and electricity supply systems with Enel transformer station, telephone lines and public lighting. Furthermore, for the Secondary Urbanization Works, a Multi-function Hall has been built. This hall will be used by the residents for meetings, exhibitions and country fairs, etc., it is surrounded by public greenery and by a large parking lot. The urban projects we realize are rich in green areas and open spaces, as well as private ones, and they offer a high quality life level of life. Once completed, they are distinguished by their clean and orderly appearance, also underlined by the care of the external grounds and services such as roads, pavements, parking areas and public green.
